What is the return policy?
At Loveablesbyshivi, all our products are customized and made specially for you. Therefore, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted once the order is confirmed.
However, if your order is damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To claim this, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video recorded from the beginning, showing the sealed package and the damage.
We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange request if the product condition does not match the claim or if valid proof is not provided.
We strongly recommend reviewing all product images, descriptions, sizes, and customization details carefully before placing your order. As these are personalized items, errors from incorrect details shared by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.

Is COD available?
We are sorry, but we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
